Before you come
You pay for the stay in advance by bank transfer. We send you the details once we confirm your dates. Please let us know what time you will arrive.

At check-in we need a photo ID. You park at the house.

During your stay
quiet hours 23:00 – 6:00
No smoking in the apartments; there is a smoking area outside. We do not host stag, hen or similar parties.

Can we bring our dog?
Yes, pets are allowed; a charge may apply. Please mention it in your enquiry.
Where do we park?
At the house, free of charge. No reservation needed.
Do you have a cot?
Yes, free of charge. Tell us in advance so we can set it up.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, all five apartments have air conditioning and heating.
Where do we keep our bikes?
There is bike storage at the house. You can also hire a bike from us (extra charge).
There are more than five of us. Can we take two apartments?
Yes, all five apartments are in the same house. Tell us in your message how many of you there are and we will suggest which ones are free.
Why write to us directly?
We answer you ourselves and agree your dates with you. With no middleman there is no booking-site commission.
